Created for Rice Media’s story “Carrots and Couture: A Double Life as Fashion Model and Vegetable Vendor”, I had the idea to pose Bryan and Kaci in the same positions — once in their vegetable seller attire and once in their fashion outfits — to capture both the striking contrast and the subtle continuity between these two sides of their lives. From the bustling warehouse in Sembawang to the controlled light of a studio, I aimed to reveal not just the work they do, but the identity and versatility that shape their everyday rhythm.
